Jonathan Licence has extensive experience in IT support and administration, currently serving as an SAP Netweaver Technical Support Analyst at Kingfisher IT Services since August 2013. Responsibilities include providing technical support for SAP technologies, managing incidents, and participating in the full lifecycle of business and infrastructure change programs.
