Simon Rodgers

Simon Rodgers currently serves as the Group Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Kingfisher plc, spearheading the Group's strategy and initiatives in collaboration with various organizational leaders. Prior experience includes leading diversity and inclusion efforts at Wilmington plc, where Simon established a data-driven strategy and secured board approval for global implementation, and serving as People Director at One Young World, focusing on inclusive practices and governance for a global network of young leaders. Simon also provided diversity and inclusion consultancy through Interrobang Consultants Limited and led equality initiatives at Ofqual, enhancing fairness in assessment processes. Simon holds a Diploma in Environmental, Social, and Governance from The Corporate Governance Institute and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
