Vaughan Rees

Vaughan Rees is a sustainability and procurement innovator with extensive experience in the built environment and supply chain management. Rees has held roles such as Group Category Manager at Kingfisher plc and Senior Commercial and Sustainability Manager at Nationwide Building Society, where a focus on driving innovation and optimizing resources has led to significant cost savings and environmental impact reduction. Previous positions include Acting Programme Manager at Aspire Defence Services Limited and Senior Buyer at Babcock International Group PLC, where strategic procurement processes were developed and implemented. Rees holds an MSc in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from The University of Glamorgan and a Distinction in NEBOSH from Bridgend College. Currently, they co-founded Runk, a natural skincare brand for runners.
