Khaled Saqqaf

Appointed to the King’s Academy Board of Trustees in 2022, Khaled Saqqaf brings with him a wealth of experience in the legal field. A partner and head of Al Tamimi & Company’s Jordan office, Mr. Saqqaf is a legal expert in the corporate commercial field, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, banking and finance transactions.

As Head of Al Tamimi & Company’s Jordan office, Mr. Saqqaf manages some of the most significant transactions across the Middle East and North Africa region. His expertise is often sought by governmental institutions, international banks and other key market players on various legal issues. He is also recognised as a Leading Lawyer by Chambers & Partners, IFLR, and Legal 500. Mr. Saqqaf also serves on the boards of a number of prestigious institutions, is a certified arbitrator and mediator, and has taught as a commercial law lecturer at the Faculty of Law.

Mr. Saqqaf holds a Bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Jordan and a Master of Laws from the University of Kent.
