Irina Sabadakha

Irina Sabadakha is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the IT recruitment sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at King's Choice since October 2014. In this role, Irina oversees a team of three specialists, measures and monitors sales performance, and develops educational materials for staff onboarding. Prior to this, Irina worked as a Business Development Manager, collaborating with IT companies globally to create customized recruitment strategies and manage the full recruitment cycle. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Sales Administrator at MIZOL and a Sales Manager at Istagroup, where skills in sales processes, customer engagement, CRM management, and market analysis were developed.
