Pavel Korol

Pavel Korol' is the Founder and CEO of King's Choice, a tech recruitment agency based in Kyiv, Ukraine, with a focus on markets in Europe, the US, the UK, and Ukraine since January 2013. Pavel also serves as a career coach and adviser, utilizing various tools such as Socionics, MBTI, and the Enneagram. Prior experience includes roles as Media Director at Prodigi, Marketing Director at EVO.company, Co-Founder and Business Development Director at Sales House TAKiTAK!, and Director of Development at Target Media Group Ukraine. Pavel holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' and has pursued further education in coaching and various training centers from 2003 to 2019.
