Neal Cooper

Neal Cooper has an extensive career at King's Daughters Medical Center since October 1992, serving in multiple roles including Willow Analyst, Data Graphic Displayer, eLearning Coordinator, Emergency Cardiac Care Training Coordinator, and HRIS Coordinator. In the eLearning Coordinator role, Neal led a team that developed best practice eLearning modules using software such as Captivate and Photoshop. As Emergency Cardiac Care Training Coordinator, Neal ensured program compliance and managed comprehensive training processes. In the HRIS Coordinator position, responsibilities included implementing a new HRIS system and managing various administrative functions. Prior experience includes serving as a 911 Dispatcher at Lawrence County 911 Admin Office and as a Paramedic with Southeast Ohio EMS District. Neal attended the Ohio Institute of Technology, pursuing studies in business with computer science but did not complete the degree.
