Jalen Brown

Jalen Brown is a versatile professional with experience in both the insurance and sports training industries. Currently serving as a Claims Specialist at Progressive Insurance since February 2023, Jalen manages a caseload of 125 customers, resolves claims, and collaborates with various stakeholders. Additionally, Jalen operates as a Professional Soccer Trainer at XFactor Futbol, training 40 to 50 clients weekly, including professional players, while enhancing the client pipeline through strategic prospecting. Previously, Jalen contributed as a Consultant at The Exercise Coach®, educating clients on healthy living and developing marketing materials. Jalen's early career includes playing as a professional soccer player in MLS, USL, and NISA after being drafted in the 2017 Major League Soccer draft. Jalen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Xavier University, earned in May 2018.
