Pat West has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2012, they started working as a Program Director in Student Ministry at Crossroads Church, where they stayed until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Substitute Teacher and Para-educator at Boone County School District. Following that, they joined Randall K. Cooper High School as a Special Education Teacher, also serving as the Boys JV Soccer Coach from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Sales Associate at Breakout Games before transitioning to Crossroads Church again, this time as a Program Director in Student Ministry until 2019. In the same year, they joined Cincinnati Christian University as an Assistant Coach for Men's Soccer until the end of 2019. They then worked at Dayton Independent Schools as a Special Education Teacher from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they joined Cultivate Behavioral Health & Education as a Behavior Support Specialist, and in May 2022, they took on the role of Assistant Director of Coaching at Kings Hammer.
Pat West completed their education at the University of the Cumberlands from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's of Teaching degree with a specialization in LBD K-12. Before that, from 2010 to 2013, Pat attended Cincinnati Christian University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Studies with a minor in History.
Additionally, Pat has obtained certifications in Data Analysis from Google and a USSF C License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in February 2022.
