Serkan Örsan, MBA, USSF A, B, National Y and GR Instructor, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Serkan is currently serving as the Executive Director of the Southeast Region at Kings Hammer. Prior to this, they were the Principal and Owner of Soccer All Stars, LLC since 2014. Serkan also worked as the Executive Director at Murfreesboro Soccer Club from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, Serkan has served as the GA State Olympic Development Coach at Georgia Soccer from 2017 to 2020 and held the position of Director of Coaching and Player Development at Decatur Family YMCA from 2013 to 2020. Before their career in the soccer industry, Serkan gained experience in the corporate sector as a Category and Brand Manager at Carters Inc. from 2004 to 2014 and as a Senior Business and Product Analyst at Mount Vernon Mills from 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, they had experience as the Director of Academy at Inter Atlanta FC from 2008 to 2013. Early in their career, Serkan worked as a Franchise Owner at Global Education & Consulting, where they signed contracts with US colleges and universities to develop recruitment programs for international students, and as a Results Accountants System consultant, providing consulting services to accountants serving small to medium-sized enterprises. Throughout their career, Serkan has demonstrated leadership, strategic planning, and sales forecasting skills, as well as a commitment to developing soccer programs and providing educational opportunities for international students.

Serkan Örsan holds an MBA in Marketing from National University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yildiz Technical University from 1989 to 1993. In terms of their high school education, Serkan Örsan attended Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi ve Maarif Koleji from 1986 to 1989, although the specific degree and field of study are not mentioned.
