Joe Millson currently serves as a Music Leader at King's InterHigh since October 2023 and also holds the position of Music Leader for Leicestershire Music Services since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Bands and IB Music at Cayman International School from August 2015 to June 2022 and Co-Director of the Cayman Youth Orchestra from August 2020 to May 2022, where management of rehearsals and performances was a key responsibility. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Music obtained from Virginia Tech in May 2015 and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Teacher Education from the same institution, completed in May 2014.
