Ray Boxall

Ray Boxall currently serves as the Head of SEN Services at King's InterHigh, overseeing the whole-school SEND leadership and a team of specialist practitioners since March 2023. Previously, Ray held the positions of SEN Lead Teacher and Leader of Learning - English at InterHigh Education from July 2021 to March 2023, and worked as the Director of Raybox Ltd, an education consultancy service, from September 2018 to July 2021, collaborating with corporate clients on youth engagement projects. Ray's earlier experience includes senior leadership roles at Saint Mary Magdalene Academy, focusing on safeguarding, pastoral care, and special educational needs, as well as teaching English at Queensmead School. Ray's academic qualifications encompass a Postgraduate Certificate in the Psychology of Education from The University of Manchester, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick, a PGCE in English from UCL Institute of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Queen Mary University of London.
