Steve Pastor

Stephen Pastor is the Founder and CEO of Kings of Neon, leading its expansion into a globally recognized leader in bespoke neon and illuminated signage since March 2019. In addition to this role, Stephen serves as a Strategic Advisor and Investor for Cookie Dough Marketing and was a Co-Founder of 3 Fingers Natural Zinc, with an expected exit in January 2024. Previous experience includes significant roles at Michael Hill, where Stephen achieved top sales growth and EBIT growth over eight consecutive years, and as a Regional Manager for Australian Geographic/Co-Op, overseeing 27 stores and over 300 staff. Stephen Pastor holds an MBA from the University of New England and various qualifications in retail operations and real estate from TAFE, underscoring extensive expertise in business development, leadership, branding, and strategic planning.
