Kristina Bedel

Kristina Bedel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in demand planning, accounting, and management. Currently serving as Demand Planning Manager at Kings River Packing since August 2023, Kristina's previous experience includes roles as an Accountant and Financial Analyst at Sierra Pacific Orthopaedic Center from December 2015 to July 2023, and Sales Manager at Delaware North from December 2013 to December 2015. Kristina also held positions of Sales and Conference Coordinator and Banquet Coordinator/Server at Cracked Pepper Bistro from September 2008 to December 2013, and served as Banquet Captain at Tenaya Lodge. Notably, Kristina was part of the pre-opening management team at Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino, overseeing multiple restaurant venues. Kristina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Fresno Pacific University.
