Brian Okada

Brian Okada is an accomplished culinary executive with extensive experience in concept development and venue openings. Currently serving as the VP of Concept Development at King's Seafood Company since June 2023, Brian has previously held significant positions such as VP of Training and New Venue Openings at TAO Group from August 2022 to June 2023 and Director of Culinary at King Seafood Company from June 2008 to August 2022. Brian's earlier roles include VP of Culinary at both Rosa Mexicano Restaurants and Romano's Macaroni Grill, as well as a long tenure as VP of Culinary at Claim Jumper Restaurant from 1991 to 2004.
