Holly Takach

Holly Takach is an experienced Restaurant and Food & Beverage Manager with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Restaurant Manager at King's Seafood Company since November 2022, Holly previously held the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Fairmont Century Plaza and has also worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at the Perry Lane Hotel. Additional experience includes roles at Fairmont San Jose as Conference Services Manager and various positions at Courtyard by Marriott, including Sales Manager. Holly began the career in the hospitality field with positions at The Old Bag of Nails Pub and gained early experience as an intern at the Westerville Area Chamber of Commerce. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies from Purdue Global and has coursework in Journalism and Mass Communication from Otterbein University.
