Roman Fazylov

Roman Fazylov is an Assistant Professor in the Internal Medicine Department of Pharmacy Practice at Touro College of Pharmacy since 2016 and has been a PGY-2 Pharmacy Resident in Internal Medicine at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center since June 2014. Responsibilities include managing pharmacotherapy on patient care units, reviewing and approving medication orders, overseeing clinical research projects, and contributing to the pharmacy and therapeutics committee. Roman Fazylov holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from Long Island University Brooklyn, awarded between 2010 and 2014, and completed pre-pharmacy studies at Long Island University-Brentwood Campus from 2008 to 2010.
