Dipa Dhungana

Dipa Dhungana currently serves as a Programs Assistant in the Academic Department at King's College Nepal since March 2020, also taking on the role of Educational Assistant. Previously, Dipa worked as a Human Resource Officer at SaSa Twa and as an Operations and HR Officer at Help2Shine, where responsibilities included recruitment, staff training, and operations management. Prior experience includes serving as an Administration and HR Officer at Health at Home Social, focusing on record-keeping and attendance monitoring, and as a Fellow at Teach for Nepal, where teaching and lesson planning were key duties. Dipa holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from King's College Nepal and a BBA in Finance from Shankerdev Campus, Tribhuwan University.
