Misbah Sarwar

Misbah Sarwar is an Associate in Governance Advisory at Kingsdale Advisors since June 2023, specializing in corporate governance and executive compensation research for publicly traded companies in Canada and the US. Previously, at the Diversity Institute from September 2019 to June 2023, Misbah conducted equity, diversity, and inclusion audits for major consulting clients, analyzed organizational policies, and contributed to comprehensive reports and proposals. Experience as a Research Assistant in both consulting and research roles enhanced Misbah's expertise in data analysis, literature reviews, and scholarly publications. Additional roles included Vice President of Finance at TMU SMASH and various financial assistant positions at the Ted Rogers School of Management, further showcasing skills in budgeting, financial reconciliation, and project management. Misbah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance major and an English minor from Toronto Metropolitan University, completed in June 2023.
