Raman Bhan

Raman brings nearly 20 years of experience in proxy solicitation and call center operations. He joined Kingsdale in 2013 and oversees the call center, data processing and ETL processes, and the research and asset reclamation business units. Under his leadership, the team delivers high-quality shareholder, institutional back office, and broker engagement, ensuring that each client receives premium care and attention to their mandate. Raman’s focus on data and research supports Kingsdale’s approach to omni-channel shareholder outreach and vote solicitation, utilizing proprietary technology to extract, transform and load data in a manner that is easily identifiable to the clients.

Prior to Kingsdale, Raman was with Computershare Fund Services, working in Boston, New York, Chicago, and Georgeson.
