Sylvia has over 25 years of experience providing strategic counsel to executive management teams and their boards of directors facing corporate governance and proxy challenges across both annual shareholder meetings as well as special situations. As a leading advisor in annual & special meetings, shareholder activism, governance advisory, and various corporate actions, Sylvia has successfully advised both US and international companies throughout her career.

Sylvia’s expertise includes providing advice in areas including, but not limited to, executive compensation, various governance matters, M&A, contentious shareholder proposals, shareholder activism, and corporate actions.

Prior to joining Kingsdale, Sylvia held senior positions at multiple proxy solicitation firms, having started her career over three decades ago at Georgeson Shareholder.
