Shirley Villamar

Shirley Villamar, CAPM®, currently serves as a Mortgage Agent Level 1 at Kingsdale Mortgage Centre since January 2025. Previously, Shirley held several positions at WaveStar Networks Inc. from July 2016 to June 2024, including Project Manager and Field Service Coordinator, where responsibilities included communicating with Project Managers and conducting project status meetings focused on budget and cost analysis. Earlier experience includes roles as a Billing Administrator at S & F Demelis Construction Ltd., a Logistics Coordinator at Champion Products Corp, an Executive Assistant to the President and CEO at DRV Painting, and a Store Manager at Hakim Optical. Shirley completed education at Humber College between 2017 and 2018.
