Dale Nerland

Dale Nerland, CFA, is currently an Associate at KingSett Capital, focusing on Growth Fund LPs, Canadian Real Estate Income Fund (CREIF), and Residential Development Fund LP. Prior to this, Dale was an Analyst and later a Senior Analyst at Dream Unlimited, where they reported to the Director of Investments and CIO. Dale also served as Co-Head at Queen's Private Capital Group. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and obtained their CFA Charterholder designation from the CFA Institute.
