David Vernon

David Vernon is currently the Chief Legal Officer and ESG Lead at KingSett Capital. Prior to that, David served as Vice President, Legal & Corporate Secretary at the same company. Before joining KingSett Capital, David worked as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. David holds a LLB in Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a HBA in Business from Ivey Business School at Western University, and a B.A. from Western University.
