Theresa Warnaar

Theresa Warnaar is the Senior Vice President of Retail & Asset Resilience at KingSett Capital, where Theresa focuses on executing value creation strategies across the real estate portfolio with a primary focus on retail assets. Theresa also serves as an Advisory Board Member at Alate Partners. Prior to their current roles, Theresa held various leadership positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, including Vice President of National Asset Management & Operations Information. Throughout their career, Theresa has demonstrated strong expertise in asset management, operations, and developing strategic initiatives for international real estate investments. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Honours Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
