Duleep Fernando has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Duleep began their career in 1984 as a Programmer/Analyst at Chemanex's Electronic Data Processing Department, where they worked until 1988. From 1989 to 1989, Duleep served as a Systems Manager at the same company. In 1990, they joined Nexus Software as a Systems Manager until 1994. Since 1994, Duleep has been associated with Kingslake, where they started as a Director and later became the CEO/Director. In their role as CEO/Director, they make high-level decisions about policy and strategy, develops the company's culture and vision, and creates an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
Duleep Fernando completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Chemistry from the University of Colombo from 1980 to 1983. Prior to that, they completed their A Levels from Royal College Colombo between 1976 and 1979. Duleep began their education at St Joseph's College, Colombo in 1967, where they completed their N C G E from 1967 to 1976.
