Dimitris Drakopoulos

Dimitris Drakopoulos is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and systems engineering. Since April 2019, Dimitris has served as a Senior Service Desk Analyst at Kingsley Napley, following a tenure as an IT Support Analyst. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior IT Technician at Priority One IT, and as an IT Systems Engineer at incadea Greece, providing comprehensive support to both onsite and offsite teams. Dimitris began their career at Data Communication S.A. as a Systems Engineer and IT Intern, where technical customer support and helpdesk functions were key responsibilities. Early in the career, Dimitris worked as an IT Support Technician for Freelancer Computer Services, focusing on computer maintenance and virus removal. Dimitris holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics and Multimedia from the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and a High School Degree from Varvakeio Model School.
