James Ward

James Ward TEP is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in Tax, Trusts, Probate, Wills, and Mental Capacity law. Since September 2018, James has served as Partner and Head of Private Client at Kingsley Napley. Prior to this role, James held the position of Head of Private Client and Partner at Seddons from January 2014 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, James gained valuable experience as a Partner at Lee Bolton Monier-Williams Solicitors and as an Associate at Horsey Lightly. James began their legal journey as an Assistant/Trainee at Thrings when it was known as Wood Awdry & Ford. Academically, James earned a degree in History from the University of Exeter, having completed studies there from 1998 to 2001, and is an alumnus of St. Edward's School in Oxford.
