Mary Young

Mary Young is an experienced legal professional specializing in dispute resolution, particularly in civil fraud, asset recovery, and related claims including professional negligence and breach of fiduciary duty. Currently serving as Treasurer for the London Solicitors Litigation Association since April 2024, Mary has been a Partner in Dispute Resolution at Kingsley Napley since January 2016 and previously held the position of Senior Associate Solicitor there. Mary's legal career began as a Solicitor at Walker Morris LLP after training at the firm. Throughout various roles in several law firms, including Russell-Cooke Solicitors and Walker Morris LLP, Mary has developed expertise in managing complex litigation cases. Mary holds multiple legal qualifications from Nottingham Law School and a Master's degree in Analytical Aesthetics from the University of Bristol, complemented by an undergraduate background in Philosophy and Mathematics.
