Martin Mendelsohn is a Senior Partner with Kingsley Gate Partners. Over a two-decade career in executive search, Martin has managed strategic hiring initiatives for large public sector entities including the U.S. Government and the Sovereign Wealth Fund of Kazakhstan. Most of his recent work focuses on executive recruitment for fast-growth technology and industrial companies operating in emerging and developing markets. Martin also manages several Kingsley Gate relationships with major global Professional Services firms. Martin launched Kingsley Gate’s formal presence in Moscow and Israel, and he currently manages the firm’s client relationships in UK/EMEA and Russia. His placements worldwide include board members, chief executives, members of the senior team, and vice presidents in key functional and operational roles, as well as leadership for consulting practices and sensitive government positions.

Prior to joining the executive search industry, Martin was involved in business development and investment management working with Russian entrepreneurs and the Finance Ministry of the Russian Federation. He brings the perspectives and experiences of a financier, global executive, government official, and humanitarian to client relationships.

A graduate of Vassar College, Martin holds a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University. He earned an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a joint Kellogg/UCLA program. Martin speaks several languages fluently and is based in our London and Tel Aviv offices.
