Kingsmede Family Office

We specialise in the acquisition and management of offices, warehouses and residential land. For over thirty years we have created and safeguarded wealth by fanatical attention to detail, to ensure sustainable secure income.

We advocate a culture of transparency and accountability and our investment structure provides true alignment of interest. Our approach to investment involves rigorous attention to detail in acquiring the assets, never losing sight of the property fundamentals or our partners investment objectives.

We actively manage our properties via a dedicated in-house team of professionals focused solely on our portfolio. The effective implementation of proprietary management strategies is reflected in our high level of tenant retention, low vacancy rates and stable long-term cash flows.
