John-Paul Seale

John-Paul Seale has a varied work experience in the field of procurement. John-Paul is currently serving as the Procurement Director for Kingspan Global's Insulated Panels division in Western Europe since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ARYZTA, where they held various roles in procurement. John-Paul was the Head of Procurement for Direct Commodities from February 2019 to June 2021 and also served as the European Procurement Category Management Lead from December 2017 to February 2019. Additionally, they worked as the European Procurement lead for Commodity Ingredients and Packaging during different time frames from 2016 to 2017. Before ARYZTA, John-Paul held positions at Henkel, where they worked as a Purchasing Manager for Indirect Materials and Services from January 2012 to September 2013, and as a Purchasing Executive for Packaging Materials from December 2009 to January 2012.

John-Paul Seale completed a Bachelor of Business Studies degree, specializing in Finance, from Dublin City University in the years 2004-2008. John-Paul then pursued a Masters in Electronic Commerce from Dublin City University in 2008-2009.
