Gil Ottensoser

Gil Ottensoser is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and capital markets. Currently, Gil serves as Managing Director at KingsRock Advisors and Chief Financial Officer at Viking Acquisition Corp I, both roles held since July 2025. Previously, Gil held the position of Managing Director at ROTH Capital Partners, where leadership was provided to the SPAC Investment Banking division. Prior to that, Gil was a Managing Director at BTIG, overseeing SPAC Banking and Capital Markets. Additional experience includes partnership positions at ShoreBridge Capital Partners and LWPartners, and a significant tenure at Deutsche Bank as Managing Director, where key responsibilities included leading Capital Introduction and SPAC Trading efforts. Gil co-founded Legend Merchant Group and played a vital role in over 75 SPAC offerings. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queens College.
