Nadeem is a founding shareholder, partner and a member of the Board of Directors of Aramis Partners Limited (“Aramis”).
Aramis is an investment firm, backed by prominent sovereign and international institutional investors, incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Center since 2016 and is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority.
Previously, he spent 19 years with Deutsche Bank in both London and Dubai. At Deutsche, as a Managing Director, he was the Chief Country Officer for Deutsche Bank in UAE and Head of Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB) coverage for Middle East North Africa (MENA) region. He was a member of Deutsche Bank MENA Executive Committee, the UAE Executive Committee and CEEMEA Management team. In London, he started his career at Deutsche Bank as an interest rates derivatives specialist in the Relative Value Group and later headed the Global Fund Derivatives structuring team based in London.
He has structured and executed complex financial instruments including multi-billion dollar fund linked products for insurance companies across Europe. In the MENA region, he developed and led the investment banking platform for Deutsche Bank starting in 2005. He has advised numerous Corporates, Governments and Sovereign Wealth Funds in the Middle East raise over USD20 billion of debt and equity in capital markets and bespoke structured transactions. These transactions included some of the largest structured equity transactions on regional and international underlyings for key Sovereign Wealth Funds and Corporate clients.
He holds an MBA degree from Wharton Graduate Business School (University of Pennsylvania) and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Houston in USA.
