Nicholas Exarchos

Nicholas is a Partner with Resolute Asset Management based in London and Athens. Nicholas is responsible, with his Country Heads Partners, for developing and implementing Resolute’s expansion strategy in order to consolidate market leadership across the region.

Resolute supports financial institutions’ management of their real estate related exposures and investors’ real estate portfolio and asset management strategies.

Nicholas joined from Deutsche Bank where he was a Managing Director, Chief Country Officer for Greece and a senior corporate finance and capital markets professional.

Experienced investment banker with a proven 30 year track record working in the financial services industry. Nicholas also worked at Credit Suisse First Boston and J. Henry Schroder Wagg.

Extensive C-suite and public sector client relationships and unrivalled skills in advising and delivering financing and debt/equity capital market solutions, to clients in the sectors as diverse as: Sovereign/Public, Technology, Banking, Energy, Gaming, CRE and Shipping.

Nicholas graduated from Imperial College in London with a Masters Degree in Management Science and from City, University of London M.Sc. and B.Sc.
