Victor Shohet

Victor is the founder of Castle Crescent Financial Solutions in London, providing debt and equity advisory and structuring, and capital raising for start-ups with a focus on Europe and Israel.

Victor has more than 20 years of experience in Structured Products.

Prior to founding Castle Crescent, he was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank for 18 years holding different roles.

Joining DB at 2000 in the Israel office Victor was responsible for establishing the bank’s capital markets business in the country and offering DB’s platform to Israeli institutional investors.

In 2007 Victor moved to DB London to assume the role of Head of LatAm and CEEMEA asset distribution. In 2010 he moved to cover the structured Credit Origination in Europe.

Prior to DB Victor was deputy CEO at Ofek Secureties (today’s Psagot) in Israel and Head of Company and Macro Research.

Victor has a master’s degree in economics for Tel Aviv University.
