James Choy

James Choy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James started their career at Kingston Brass in 2010, where they served in multiple roles including Marketing Team Management, Content and Data Management Administrator, and Brand Management for key product lines. At Mt. San Antonio College, James worked as a Newsroom Assistant/Design Consultant/Advertising Manager, English Lab Computer Assistant, and ESL/Clerical Assistant. James also worked as a Blogger and Writer/Photographer for Walnut Patch, a Color Corrector for Yary Photography, and a Sports Editor for Armijo Newspapers and Public Relations. Prior to that, James worked as a Hardware Technician at Sprague Magnetics, Inc. and as an Intern at San Gabriel Valley Tribune.

James Choy has a diverse educational background spanning several years. James started their education at Walnut High School and obtained their HS Diploma in General Education. After high school, they attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2000 to 2007, where they earned an A.A degree in Language Arts & Communications, Social & Behavioral Sciences, and Fine Arts & Humanities. Following this, James transferred to California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2008 to 2010, majoring in Communications - Journalism. However, it is unclear if they completed a degree at this institution. Finally, James attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Journalism & Mass Communication and completed a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in History.
