Technical Operations

The Technical Operations team at Kingston Health Sciences Centre ensures the seamless integration and functionality of technology systems across the hospital. This includes training staff on new systems, managing large-scale projects, analyzing financial data, and supporting decision-making processes through technical reporting and integration.
