Duncan Fletcher

Duncan Fletcher is a legal professional with extensive experience in labour, employment, and workplace safety law. Currently serving as a Partner at Kingston Reid since November 2019, Duncan has previously held the position of Partner at K&L Gates from January 2013 to November 2019, following the merger of Middletons with K&L Gates. Prior to this, Duncan was a Partner at Middletons, focusing on workplace relations and safety, and held senior associate roles at King & Wood Mallesons and Herbert Smith Freehills. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The University of Western Australia.
