Professor Karen Cham Frsa

Professor Karen Cham FRSA is currently serving as a Professor of Augmented Intelligence, Digital Transformation & Design at Kingston Business School, where co-leads the Knowledge Exchange & Research Institutes work stream. With extensive experience in digital transformation, Professor Cham is a Non Executive Director and Trustee at Nest pensions, and the Founder & Chief Design Scientist at Human Centred Futures Ltd, focusing on cognitive ML/AI models. Additionally, Professor Cham is a Fellow at The RSA, an Ambassador for Women in Games, and an Advisory Board Member for The Future Factory®. With a strong background in academia, including a previous role as a Professor of Digital Transformation Design at the University of Brighton, Professor Cham has contributed significantly to various research and enterprise initiatives aimed at tackling complex societal challenges. Educational credentials include a PhD in Computational Semiotics from the University for the Creative Arts and a 2:1 in Experimental Fine Art from Liverpool John Moores University.
