Randy Patten

Randy Patten serves as the Chief Financial Officer, VP, and Treasurer at Kingstone Insurance Company since August 2025, leading the finance organization with responsibilities that encompass SEC reporting, GAAP reporting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and more. Previously, from August 2022 to August 2025, Randy functioned as the VP, Chief Accounting Officer & Treasurer at Next Insurance, where leadership extended to the global accounting team and included comprehensive financial oversight. Prior experience includes significant roles at UFG Insurance from November 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities varied from Principal Accounting Officer to Interim Co-Chief Financial Officer, including directorship of investor relations. Randy’s career commenced at AEGON/Transamerica, where a trajectory of financial reporting and management roles began, leading to a solid foundation in accounting and finance with a Bachelor's degree from Central College earned in 1996.
