Amy Klosterman

Amy Klosterman began their work experience in 2001 as the Marketing Director at Kingston Healthcare. Amy focused on maintaining a high occupancy rate, building and retaining relationships with area businesses, and volunteering for senior focused organizations.

In the same year, they also worked as the Marketing Director at Kingston Residence of Sylvania, where they managed census, built relationships with families and referral sources, and served as the VP of Flower Hospital Auxiliary. Amy was responsible for maintaining a high census rate, managing account leads and follow-ups, and developing sales goals for success.

Earlier in 2001, Amy worked as the Director of Admissions at Heatherdowns Rehab & Rsdntl for four months.

Amy Klosterman attended The University of Toledo from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Health and Human Services/Sociology. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Geriatrics and Social Work at the University of Toledo.
