Elsie Chidester

Elsie Chidester has extensive experience in nursing education and case management. Since December 2011, Elsie has served as a Student Mentor for RN to BSN students at Western Governors University, providing guidance and support to ensure student success in a competency-based program. Concurrently, since June 2010, Elsie has worked as a Nurse Case Manager at The Kingstree Group, Inc., specializing in telephonic management of Worker's Compensation cases. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Staff Development at Arbors Nursing & Rehab Center from January 2008 to June 2010, where responsibilities included new hire orientation, continuing staff education, infection control, and providing nursing resources for staff. Elsie Chidester holds an MS in Nursing Education from Walden University, a BS in Nursing from Wilmington University, and a Diploma in Nursing from Temple University Hospital School of Nursing.
