Kent A. Hansen

Kent A. Hansen has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. From 1994 to 2003, they worked at Ernst & Young as an AABS Senior Manager. From 2003 to 2006, they worked at Accenture as a Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at WMS Gaming (a Scientific Games Company) in various roles, including Executive Director Commercial Operations - Finance, Executive Director, Assistant Controller, and Director of Accounting & SEC Reporting. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Scientific Games as Group CFO, Interactive. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Shire (formerly Baxalta) as Vice President Global Assistant Controller. Since 2016, they have been working at LSC Communications as SVP Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. Since 2019, they have been working at Kingsway Financial Services Inc. as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.

Kent A. Hansen has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in International Business, Finance, Strategy & Management, a BBA from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Business, and has attended the Deloitte CFO Academy I & II. Kent A. also holds certifications from the AICPA as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) (obtained in June 2014) and from the Illinois CPA Society as a Certified Public Accountant (obtained in 1994).
