Rick Rohleder

Rick Rohleder has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Rick began their career at Pfizer, Inc. where they held various sales positions and received multiple national-level performance awards. Rick then moved on to roles in sales training and sales management within the company.

After their time at Pfizer, Rick held leadership positions at Cubist Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they optimized the Promotional Medical Education program and built a sales training organization from scratch. Rick also worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where they established and directed the commercial field force training department.

Rick also gained experience in consulting through their roles at Cogent Training Solutions, LLC and WYNHILL, LLC. At both firms, they provided advisory services and support to entrepreneurs and commercial operations functions within high-growth life science companies.

In their most recent roles, Rick served as the Vice President of Business Development and Training at Bio Insight Group, where they led the training and development business unit. Rick also worked as the Senior Director of Global Training at Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and as the Senior Director of Global Training and Field Force Effectiveness at Synageva BioPharma Corporation, where they developed and implemented training strategies for field teams across multiple regions.

Rick's most recent role is as the Senior Director of Commercial Training at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee the development and implementation of training programs to support the company's mission.

Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in strategy execution, sales and business development, leadership and organizational development, and global sales enablement and training. Rick has a track record of achieving results, improving performance, and driving revenue growth for the companies they have worked with.

Rick Rohleder received a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Global Health from The University of Manchester in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from Roger Williams University.
