Aaron Colfer

Aaron Colfer is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in industrial design and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Product at Kinisi Robotics since November 2024, Colfer previously held the position of Senior Manager of Industrial Design at Dyson from October 2021 to October 2024, leading a large team responsible for the design and visual direction across multiple product categories. Prior to Dyson, Colfer was a Senior Design Lead at Matter from February 2018 to October 2021, managing key projects for major clients such as Proctor & Gamble and Mars Incorporated. Colfer also served as Executive Design Director at Amarelle from March 2014 to February 2018, where a focus on creative design and project management was paramount. Colfer began a career in design as a Product & Packaging Designer at Matter and holds a BSc in Creative Product Design from the University of the West of England, earned in 2011.
