Karalyn White

Karalyn White is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in leadership and training across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Franchising at Kinka Family since June 2022, Karalyn previously held the position of Executive Director at Paramount Fine Foods from March 2019 to June 2022. With a strong foundation in training program development, Karalyn worked as a Consultant for The 15 Group from January 2015 to February 2019, after serving as Regional Concept Trainer and General Manager at SIR Corp, where responsibilities included managing a high-performing restaurant and developing training programs for multiple locations. Karalyn's early career includes participation in the Chateau Lake Louise Summer Program at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in 2005. Karalyn earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Guelph between September 1999 and May 2003.
