Business Implementation Manager at KFH

Dominic Taylor has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dominic began their career in 2002 as a Restaurant Manager at Antibo Restaurant. In 2006, they worked as a Print Technician at MidlandHR before transitioning to the role of Operations Support Specialist in 2009.

In 2012, Dominic joined TBS Enterprise Mobility as a Support Analyst. Dominic then worked as an Implementation Consultant at Allocate Software plc from 2013 to 2014, where they implemented workforce optimization software for healthcare clients.

Since 2014, Dominic has been employed at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, initially as a Project Manager and currently as a Business Implementation Manager. In these roles, they have been responsible for project planning and execution, providing training and support, and conducting business process and systems analysis for the KFH group.

Dominic Taylor's education history includes a certificate in personnel practice from the University of Derby, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore, they also hold a GNVQ degree in business and finance, which they acquired from Derby College between 1997 and 1998. Additionally, Dominic obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation Certification from Purple Griffon in Birmingham in July 2011 and completed the Essentials of Linux Administration course at QA in London in May 2011.
