Gary Joseph Murray ACIPD has a diverse work experience across various industries. Gary Joseph started their career as a Guest Service Operations Trainer at The Walt Disney Company, where they conducted on-the-job training for new company members and fulfilled front desk and concierge duties. Gary Joseph then worked as a Regional Team Manager at A4e Learning, managing a team of trainers and overseeing regional budget, performance management, and compliance.

Following this, Gary joined Sysco Business Skills Academy as a Contract Manager, where they managed contracts and ensured successful delivery of training programs. Gary Joseph then joined Virgin Atlantic as part of the Organisational Development and Customer Training team, focusing on cabin crew training.

In 2018, Gary became a Learning and Development Manager at WGC Limited, responsible for managing learning and development initiatives. Currently, they hold the role of Talent Development Manager at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward since September 2020, after previously serving as a Talent Development Partner. In these roles, they are responsible for talent development and partnering with teams to foster growth and development.

Gary Joseph completed a BA (Hons) degree in Applied Languages, German, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Liverpool John Moores University. Additionally, they attained a Level 3 degree in Leadership and Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management, City and Guilds. Gary Joseph pursued post-graduate studies in Hospitality Management at the University of Central Florida. Furthermore, they participated in an Academic Year Abroad program focused on Linguistics at Universität Siegen. In 2019, they enrolled in the CIPD Qualifications and obtained a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development in 2020. Finally, they completed an Insights Discovery Accredited Practitioner program in psychometrics from Insights Discovery in 2020.
