Mihai Dumitru Stanciu has extensive work experience in various roles in sales, account management, and customer service. Mihai Dumitru started their career as a Customer Service Agent at CGS Romania in 2009, providing support for dial-up services and web applications. Mihai Dumitru then worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at King Crown Online, specializing in VIP management and acquisitions. After that, they joined IGL Svcs. as a Senior Account Manager, offering sales and account management solutions for online investment companies. In 2018, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at Digital Devices Ltd., specializing in IT solutions. Mihai Dumitru then joined Foxtons as a Move Consultant, handling sales and letting for the company, and later became a Development Consultant, focusing on B2B build to rent and new homes. Currently, they are working as a Sales Negotiator at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, based in their London Bridge branch.

Mihai Dumitru Stanciu completed their education at the University of Bucharest from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they focused on the study of English and Russian Language and Literature. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Colegiul National Roman Voda, Roman, Neamt, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree (baccalaureate) with an emphasis on intensive studies of Contemporary English and French.
